Dutloria Emergency Management Agency - Is a government branch with a simple mission, give information and instructions to citizens in the response
of the disaster. During in any disaster DEMA is supposed to give support for citizens such as: rebuild buildings, give medical support, provide temporary shelter. To prevent a bigger injuries to citizens DEMA advises to build
an emergency kit (The link will be provided below text) for atleast 2-3 days of the initial disaster. During the disaster DEMA will inform all citizens to prepare for any oncoming disaster. Ground Forces will provide additional
help to the citizens such as: MRE's, security.
